This is a free application for Android devices for work teams of the company Katoen Natie.The application is designed to be an incident manager.
You can categorize, detect the zone automatically, you can typify as urgent or not and solve.The incidents are sent to the server and the responsible parties are responsible for assigning said incidents and solving them.
The software is capable of ordering, grouping and creating statistics of incidents that result in zones, who has resolved them and the traceability of them.It also contains a section of surveys / exams which can be linked to users (login) or anonymous.The application has the following characteristics:· News of interest with PUSH sending (direct message).· Incident warnings.· Schedule· Assignment of notices according to equipment range.· Problems to solve· Functionality in offline and online to provide a fast, agile and easy communication service for any employee profile.
